The Elkmont church of Christ is committed to the practice of New Testament Christianity. Our goal mirrors the great restoration plea to call Bible things by Bible names, and to do Bible things in Bible ways. Also, to speak where the Bible speaks and to be silent where the Bible is silent. We are convinced that such an approach will never lead us beyond God’s will as revealed in His word. As the apostle Paul wrote, “And whatsoever ye do in word of deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him” (Colossians 3:17).
